- Diagnosis Fee: ₹200-300 (deductible if repair proceeds)
- Labor Charges: Based on repair complexity and time
- Parts Cost: Actual cost of components used
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, and other digital payment methods. Receipts are provided for all transactions.

5. Liability Limitations

- Supervise children/pets during service

6. Service Limitations and Scope
While we aim to repair all appliances, certain limitations apply:
We May Decline Service For:
- Extremely old or obsolete models
- Severely damaged or unsafe appliances
- Models with unavailable parts
- Safety concerns or hazardous conditions
- Repairs requiring specialized equipment we don't possess
Diagnosis Fee Policy
The ₹200-300 diagnosis fee is non-refundable once service is rendered, even if repair is not possible or you choose not to proceed.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service for any reasonable cause including safety concerns, technical limitations, or abusive behavior.
