Unused parts can be returned within 14 days if in original condition.

If it's the same issue, we'll fix it free. If we can't fix it, we'll refund your labor charges.

Note: This guarantee covers only the specific issue we repaired. It does not cover new issues, damage from misuse, or problems caused by external factors like power surges.

Important: The service call/diagnostic fee is non-refundable once the technician has performed the diagnosis, regardless of whether you proceed with the repair.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Digital payments (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe) are usually faster than bank transfers.

What if my appliance breaks again after 90 days? +

After 90 days, the issue would be considered a new repair need. However, as a valued customer, we offer discounted rates for repeat service. Contact us and we'll work with you to provide the best possible service at a fair price.

Can I get a refund if I find a cheaper repair service? +

No, we do not offer price match refunds. Our pricing reflects our expertise, quality of parts, and service guarantee. However, we're always happy to discuss our pricing and explain the value we provide compared to other services.

What if the technician can't fix my appliance? +

In rare cases where an appliance cannot be repaired due to obsolescence, extensive damage, or unavailable parts, we will refund the labor portion of your payment. The diagnostic/service call fee is non-refundable as it covers our technician's time and expertise.

What if I'm not satisfied but it's past the 7-day window? +

While the formal refund window is 7 days, we're committed to customer satisfaction. Contact us even after the window closes, and we'll do our best to address your concerns and find a fair resolution.
