1. Service Agreement & Scope
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and ReformTech ("we," "us," or "our") regarding our appliance repair services.
1.1 Service Scope
Our services include but are not limited to:
- Diagnosis and repair of household appliances
- Preventive maintenance services
- Priority repair services (subject to availability)
- Technical consultation and advice
1.2 Independent Service Provider
We are an independent appliance repair service and are not affiliated with any appliance manufacturer or brand. Our services are provided independently, and we use our own expertise, tools, and genuine or equivalent replacement parts.
Important: Our repair services may void or affect your manufacturer's warranty. Please check your appliance's warranty terms before proceeding with our services.
2. Service Charges & Payment
2.1 Pricing Structure
Our service charges consist of the following components:

2.2 Payment Terms
- All payments are due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, digital payments (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe), and bank transfer
- Credit card payments may be subject to additional processing fees
- Invoice will be provided for all completed services
Transparency Promise: We will provide a written estimate before beginning any repair work. No additional charges will be applied without your prior approval.
3. Warranty Terms
3.1 Repair Warranty
We provide the following warranty on our repair services:
- Labor Warranty: Up to 90 days from the date of service, subject to the conditions listed below
3.2 Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers:
- Re-repair of the same issue at no additional labor cost
- Replacement of defective parts installed by us
- Service call fee waiver for warranty claims
3.3 Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage caused by customer misuse or negligence
- Issues unrelated to our repair work
- Acts of God, power surges, or external factors
- Appliances with existing manufacturer recalls
- Normal wear and tear of non-replaced parts
Note: To claim warranty service, you must present the original service invoice. Warranty claims must be made during business hours.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Preparation for Service
To ensure efficient service, please:
- Clear access to the appliance
- Provide necessary electrical/water connections
- Ensure safe working conditions
- Remove any valuable or fragile items near the work area
- Have pets secured in another room
5.2 Safety & Compliance
You agree to:
- Inform us of any known safety hazards
- Disclose any previous repair attempts
- Provide accurate appliance information
- Ensure the appliance is not under any active recall
- Obtain necessary permissions for repair (if renting)
6. Liability Limitations
6.1 General Liability
Our liability is limited to:
- Cost of repair services provided
- Replacement cost of parts installed by us
- Direct damages up to the service value
6.2 Liability Exclusions
We are NOT liable for:
- Consequential or incidental damages
- Loss of data or contents (e.g., refrigerator food spoilage)
- Pre-existing conditions or hidden defects
- Damage from normal wear and tear
- Acts beyond our reasonable control
Important Limitation: Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
7. Parts & Materials
7.1 Parts Quality
We use:
- Genuine OEM parts when available and cost-effective
- High-quality equivalent parts when appropriate
- New parts unless otherwise agreed
- Industry-standard materials and consumables
7.2 Parts Warranty
Parts come with manufacturer's warranty. We will assist with warranty claims for parts installed by us. Refurbished or used parts may be used only with your written consent and carry limited warranty.
7.3 Old Parts
Replaced parts become our property unless you request them back at the time of service. We dispose of old parts responsibly in compliance with environmental regulations.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service under the following circumstances:
8.1 Safety Reasons
- Unsafe working conditions
- Hazardous appliance conditions
- Violation of electrical codes
- Presence of hazardous materials
8.2 Operational Reasons
- Appliances beyond economic repair
- Obsolete appliances with no available parts
- Appliances under manufacturer recall
- Previously botched repair attempts
8.3 Customer Conduct
- Abusive or threatening behavior
- Non-payment of previous services
- Providing false information
- Refusal to sign service agreement
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Intellectual Property
All content on our website, marketing materials, service manuals, and diagnostic procedures are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our proprietary information without written permission.
9.2 Service Knowledge
Our repair techniques, diagnostic approaches, and service methodologies are developed through experience and training. While we share general advice, our specific repair solutions remain our intellectual property.
